By combining the river’s beauty and Pilates, this adventure retreat highlights awareness of how the river reflects our body’s own movement patterns and creates a stronger bond to nature.
Join World Champion Kayaker & ACA Certified Instructor, Devon Barker for paddling instruction. Refine your paddling technique, river surfing skills and bombproof your roll. This retreat is perfect for kayakers, SUPers, inflatable kayakers, and raft riders!

Kayak Instruction Trips

Four days of fun river running and surfing instruction in the heart of the Salmon River Canyon. Featuring class II – III rapids for an exciting kayaking experience. The focus is on paddling techniques, fine-tuning your roll, running rapids, and surfing. The Lower Salmon River offers fun pool and rapids, expansive sandy beaches, and warm water. Roll technique and bracing will be worked on each afternoon in the calm eddies at camp. Great trip to relax, while improving your paddling!
